Besides the main functions, the laser alignment system Fixturlaser NXA Pro has software packages and additional fixtures for cardan shaft alignment. (Reliability technologies - BALTECH).
A software and a set of fixtures for dynamic movement measurement make it possible to record thermal growth values during the machine run up and cost down.
Universal measurement units with independent power supply, battery discharge indicator, graphical color display ensure fast and precision geometry measurement and laser shaft alignment of shafts and machine trains.
Spaser Shaft function allows to perform laser alignment of shafts and machine trains with diaphragm couplings, where a torque transmission is conducted in two points (in the centre of each flexible coupling).
As shown below, a misalignment calculation result is displayed in this case as two values of angular offset in a horizontal and vertical plane.
Attention!!! To perform laser alignment of shafts, machine trains and geometry measurement always use BALTECH-1,2,3,4 Series calibration shims.
After the alignment procedure a result screen with all the machine configurations can be stored to the electronic unit of Fixturlaser NXA Pro or transfered to external memory or printer via USB.
